How to sleep well

There is a saying that illnesses come from the mind

because his remaining thoughts in his subconscious mind 

are delivered to each area of the body through the nervous system. 

When this happens they hinder blood circulation, 

which causes various illnesses.

And Insomnia too. 

It is nature’s flow to sleep when it is time to sleep, 

and to eat when it is time to eat. 

However, if you stay in thought, 

you won’t behave in accordance with how things are.

In order to sleep well

you shouldn’t have any remaining thoughts

therefore your blood circulation will go well

and you can have a good night sleep. 

As a result, you will be able to have a shiny day with vitality all the time.
